POSITION AIM 岗位目标: Responsible for management of new project, renovation project, EP project; maintenance of each farm and washing center; training support for maintenance team of each farm and maintenance man hiring; public relationship coordination of each farm..负责各新建项目、改造项目、环保项目的管理；各场、各洗车点设备设施的维护；支持各场维修团队的培训及人员招聘；协调各场周边关系。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:
- Proven working experience as an Engineering Project Manager.
工程项目经理的工作经验。
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
优秀的设计和可视化软件知识，如AutoCAD。
- Advanced MS Office skills.
高级办公技能。
- Excellent knowledge of rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in construction, agricultural industries.
对建筑业、农业行业的规则、条例、最佳实践和绩效标准有良好的了解。
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

- Establish equipment’s troubleshooting manual for each farm.

- Establish yearly and quarterly equipment maintenance plan, execute reasonably and orderly, reduce equipment failure rate, prolong equipment working life.
负责制定设备保养计划，确保设备维护保养工作合理、有序进行，降低设备故障率，有效延长设备使用寿命。
- Regularly inspect equipment’s running and maintenance in each farm and washing center.
负责巡检各场、各洗车点设备设施运行、维修和保养工作。
- Supervise the execution of safe operation specification.
监督安全生产操作规范。
- Provide professional advice on new purchase or equipment update.
对新购或更新设备合理性、选型等提出专业意见。
- Training and recruitment
培训及招聘
- Systematically train maintenance supervisor and maintenance man in each farm regularly, keep improving team’s maintenance skills.
定期系统培训各场的维修主管和维修工，不断提升维修团队的专业技能。
